I bought this TV together with a new Home Theater to use with the smart apps and my Xfinity X1 box. I really like the smarthub with 1 connection, but it is very faulty and requires you to unplug the TV from the outlet all the time (at least once a week) so all the devices connected work; and once you power cycle the TV you have to reconfigure everything again. Super bad experience, Samsung is aware of it, but it doesn't fix the problem with the smarthub.

Vertical bars display constantly

In 90% of what we watch on this tv, we always see vertical bars/stripes, about 4 inches wide. I'm guessing these are the panels of LEDs behind the screen, but regardless, everything we watch has these vertical stripes. Awful.

The actual picture quality is fantastic. From day 1 it turns on at random. Replaced mother board. Lost Dish satellite only snowy picture. Still turns itself on AND now turns itself off at random. Replaced my DishTV Hopper3. Still snowy picture ONLY on this tv. Waiting to now replace OneConnect box & cable. This has only been trouble but pretty to look at.

Can not log into Samsung account from television to use apps. Apparently this has been going on for the last two years. D NO BUY unless you want a non smart television!

Excellent TV, bright picture and easy to set up. I love the one connect, allowing you to keep wires out of sight. My only complaint is the stickers on the upper right and left corners are hard to remove; it distracts from the set-up experience.
