This is a superb TV. I hope i don't have to part with it however because a sad thing happened. one morning i go to turn the TV on and it doesn't turn on . I suspect that the rain from the previous night might have something to do with it. I have had this TV for alittle over a year and the factory manufacture on warranties it for one year. Please help samsung there has to be some kind of recourse considering i paid a heft $2k for it.

This TV meets every one of my viewing needs. The only issue I have with it is the fact there's a 10 ft. cable that must be plugged into it for HDMI and USB ports. It's a royal pain to hide such a cable and I don't even use those ports but the cable MUST be plugged in for the TV to work. Very poor design. Why not have a couple of those ports on the TV and have the option to add the cable as an extension?

Overall I am happy with this TV for the price I paid. Great picture and attractive design. For a 65" TV, it is very light. I have had it for 8-months with no issues except a small white area that appeared on the bottom then went away. Customer service responded quick. The "One Connect" box is really annoying though. Talk about an oxymoron. It means you have to "connect" one more thing. It is just one more device to hide, one more wire to manage, and there is no point to it. Are you telling me there isn't enough space on a 65" box to add a few HDMI ports? Please. It has a proprietary cable with a fixed length that keeps it close to the TV. It is essentially a useless placental-like appendage that needs to attach to the back instead of just plugging in a nice clean HDMI cable. That is the one critical flaw to this otherwise great TV.
