while looking for a tv to have for the next 6-8 years i wanted to get the best. samsung is always #1 in that category as far as tech and long lasting. right off the bat i had pixel smuges near the corners of my screen and i always notice it. customer service was a joke and didnt help me in any way. i believe everyone should get a second chance but who can actually help solve my problem..? for $2000 id expect the best

i went back and forth between which tv i wanted, even different brands. i finally settled on the q90t. immediately when i received it, i could feel a good quality in the display glass and tv shell. not cheap plastic like some sets. but when i mounted it and turned it on, i was blown away. i still am after having the tv for a month now. my only complaint is that sometimes the apps/tv software can be a bit buggy. but it doesnt happen too often.

when i plug the hdmi in to the tv the name of the hdmi for the playstation 4 is unknown. unlike other console like xbox one, xbox series, and nintendo switch have their own icon. but what about playstation 4 and playstation 5? and i have to edit the icon for playstation 4.

the q90t is what i expected out of a samsung product.there is really no need for a soundbar if your not a stickler for just general viewing,the price is really no bargain at this time because i bought my tv about a month ago for the same price 1899.99 at best buy.downloading apps is a little cumbersome but not overly difficult.the tv base should be optional with the price of the tv somewhat less without it because it just becomes a boat anchor,most people will wall mount.the glare in a well lighted room is almost not noticeable and that is why i chose this over the lg cx oled.

With great anticipation we powered up our new QLED TV expecting a great experience then we were greeted with the easiest set up imaginable. When we were done with set up we went to our favorite source and were very impressed with the color, clarity and motion accuracy. This model has fantastic color but just as important it has excellent black levels which contribute more to picture quality than most of us realize. The sound quality is very good but we use a Samsung Q90 sound bar that really gets it done. This TV has continued to impress because of the auto adjust feature. Seriously we feel like we’ve had LASIK like improvements in our vision with the picture quality we now enjoy. Absolutely love this TV.
