i used this tv to game on my xbox series x. whenever it enters game mode all black/white background colors will flicker. it is very annoying and causes eye strain. samsung sent a tech to my house to replace the screen and other parts, but even the new screen does it. i'm not sure how this isn't worthy of recall. i tried to set up another appt because the new screen still flickered and they cancelled it! my tv is still under warranty!

tv was bad out of the box. when they tried to fix it they used a repaired part to fix a new tv. the replacement panel had dead pixels and was dented and scratched on the frame. they said they would exchange it but a few weeks later they just wanted to do a refund. which is fine but now i have to send it back and wait for my money back. no tv, no money back for at least about a week. no reason to purchase any samsung products again. could have at least offered a 10% off next purchase or some incentive to purchase samsung after such a bad experience with the tv.

very poor picture quality, the right side of the display has no color and the resolution is poor. reported to samsung for warranty service, only contacted by sms that unable to fix will refund or exchange. i just want a new tv, too many hoops to jump through.

i had a lg olee tv for 5 years unfortunately my dog knocked down from the tv stand and broke. i bought the q8dt from costco, that was first mistake, so i have this tv for 5 days now and the picture doesn’t even come close to what i had with the lg especially the regular hd broadcast from dish network it looks like the faces are cartoons all washed up i will be taking this tv back is terrible.
