We have experienced a fatal failure on our Frigidaire refrigerator (compressor failure), and have been attempting to discuss concerns through the customer service phone process. To say that it has been frustrating would be an understatement. I have so far spoken with four individuals - all of whom showed zero interest in speaking with a customer, much less listening to the issue (save one who was initially helpful but has not returned a call as promised, nor responded to follow-up emails). The fourth and final individual put me on hold/mute with no explanation or warning â the line just went quiet â during which I waited an additional 10 minutes for any sign they were still there, frustrating after waiting 35 minutes for a person to get on the line. Prior to that point I was told that there were no notes in the system on prior conversations. We've sent an email to their "socialcare" address, no response.We've noticed in the review sections on www.frigidaire.com that a standard reply by the company has been to stress the commitment to customer service. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience to date.As part of a kitchen remodel in August 2019, we purchased four (4) Frigidaire appliances:Dishwasher â FPID2498SFConvection/Microwave â FPM03077FFreezer â FPFU19F8RFRefrigerator â FPRU19F8RFSince August of 2019 we have experienced issues with three of the above â the dishwasher was fixed by an appliance service recommended by Frigidaire, the convection/microwave was replaced once and had multiple service calls with various services before and after replacement, coordinated by Frigidaire customer service. It was finally resolved by the same service as the dishwasher (at our expense.) Now the refrigerator needs repair or replacement, and I fully expect issues with the freezer at this rate. The estimate to repair the refrigerator is nearly $1,400 (new compressor, new evaporator, labor, misc).Our frustration is two-fold: the appliance has a fatal failure at less than two years old, and the customer service experience has been dismal at best, unbelievably frustrating, rude, insulting, and completely silent at worst.Again, can not recommend.

I had been looking for a freezerless refrigerator for quite a while. When I found the Frigidaire Professional frig at my favorite hardware store, I felt like I had won the lottery. It keeps food fresh, has plenty of room for my family of 6, and looks great. We can't wait to get the matching freezer!
