I purchased a new home with all Electrolux products and my oven has not been in working condition since I moved in over a month ago. I am not happy and do not understand why it is taking so long to replace the damaged product! Maintenance has been to my home twice with no success. Not a happy customer!!

Bought this in December. I looked for quite a while on line for a specific stove that the wife wanted. After you do the filter process this is the only stove that fit her requirements. She wanted a warming drawer, slide out shelf, front controls, no high back. It also could not be very deep front to back due to cupboard restrictions. The filter system on line does not get you this item. I finally went to the web site of a well know distributor in my area and lo and behold there it was! Very happy with the selection.

This stove is amazing! Convection oven, regular bake setting - it does it all! It also has 5 burners on stove top with simmer and fast boil. Love it!

I had bought an Electrolux gas oven previously and just loved it so when I needed a replacement I naturally chose another one. This one is not as user friendly nor do the shelves slide in and out as easily but still a good iven

The review I left about Sept 30 indicated the range did not work properly from day 1. We had a strong smell of propane and the oven would not shut off. To make matters worse our place of purchase would not send a repair man out even though their website says they service what they sell. But that's a different problem.Today the repairman returned for the 2nd time and installed the parts he had ordered 3 weeks earlier. I'm happy to say the repair appears to be a success. No smell of propane and the oven appears to work as designed. The repair man was very knowledgeable and completed his task in a short time. Thank you Electro Lux for taking care of this issue. My only negative observations include (1) the range did not function as expected from day 1; (2) the amount of time it took to correct the problem was 6 weeks. I think spending well over $2000 for this range would have gotten me quicker service.
