I bought all Electrolux appliances for our brand new home from design studio. This double wall oven came in with chipped off base and during the first use the oven door locked. With alarms and F 90 blinking. Had to shut off the circuit breaker to get access to the microwave portion of the oven. Door remained locked. Eventually builder's representative came and nudged it to open. Have called Electrolux customer service they sent A&E repairs, who after 3 weeks of rescheduling finally came but declined to service the oven. They claimed they work for Sears and only service "range" and this was not a "range"! Outrageous!

This oven came as part of a new house purchase. The enamel inside the oven was horrifically scratched, and when wiped with a wet cloth would just flake off. It cooked decently well, but definitely had a hot spot in the back left that would scorch cookies.I entered a claim and got it replaced last week. The new oven is not scratched, but the oven door is warped and the microwave glass is not centered. Have baked once in it and things scorched on the bottom, but no clue if this is user error or the oven itself at this point..

We bought 2 of these units less than 3 years ago and have already had to pay to have one serviced the baking element went out several service calls and major repair - then last night the other unit oven door shattered and they can only tell me to call a service repair company in my area and pay to have it fixed! Customer service is horrible!!!

Heats very evenly and gets to temperature quickly. No issues so far. the slide out rack in the oven is convenient. Controls look nice too. Only downfall is some fingerprints on the control screen but a wipe and they are gone.
