Extremely disappointed with this Double Wall Oven from Electrolux. We purchased the oven in 2010 and have had nothing but issues. In 2013/2014 the touchscreen control panel went on the oven. Luckily we had purchased the extended warranty on the oven so it was replaced. Have used the cleaning oven feature twice and have had nothing but issues. The coils burned out and the techican came out and replaced them. The technican noted that they have had a lot of issues with this make/model that the heating tempature gets too hot to clean the oven and the heating elements can't handle the heat and fry out... after doing some research others have had the same issues and I'm seeing that in reviews.My family and I just came back from vacation and went to turn on the oven and getting error code F14. Which when I look up the error code means issue with the computer board. Went to the breaker to rest the power as it suggests but error code comes up and can't use the oven.I looked up the cost of the new computer board and its $1,500!! At the time when I purchased the oven it was close to 2,000 dollars... how can the part cost as much as the whole unit itself. Very disappointed with Electrolux and their support. Like I said I have an Electrolux fridge, dishwasher, beverage fridge, and front loader washer and dryer and will be staying away from them. At the time they were the "best" but their quality and support has gone down hill.

Really love all the different cooking features and settings. We are still adjusting to using a convection oven but love the results so far. Can't wait to try out the turkey cooking option!

We had to replace our original double oven on our first house build. We went with the Electrolux. I absolutely love the Perfect Turkey feature! My husbands job relocated us so when building our second, home since I loved my oven so much we bought the same Electrolux oven again for that home as well. We are still in the same home but have got a second part time resident that we are currently renovating and I want this same double oven in that house I love it so much! That said I did have a complete Electrolux kitchen at our current home but will not be purchasing the other Electrolux products for remodel. Our Electrolux appliances are 7 years old. Our ice maker has had to be replaced in the french door refrigerator we also had issues with the freezer drawer not shutting properly. The decals on my gas cooktop have worn off and we just had to replace the dishwasher as the circuit board went out which was over $700 to fix. The repair technician suggested buying a new dishwasher since you can get brand new for close to the same price as repair. I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher this go around. Hopefully it will last longer than 7 years! The oven has been wonderful though so I am buying it again!!

I had a KitchenAid double oven that needed replacing after 16 years. To make sure it fit my space, I replaced it with the top of the line KitchenAid with powered attachments. What a mistake! When the second oven of KitchenAid didnât work, I said âthatâs it, Iâm doneâ and went looking for a new oven that would fit my space yet still have plenty of features. Iâm very pleased with my purchase. The dual convection fans seem more powerful or effective than one single one (like what I used to have). Glad I found this oven.
