I took 3 of them to get one that worked. The buttons didnât work on the first one, the second wouldnât heat, and the 3rd works just fine. Now that in get to use it, it seems very nice and I would give it 5 stars. The functions are nice and it heats as expected. It looks good too.

I really like that the volume is adjustable for alerts, but even the "HI" setting is pretty much inaudible in a busy kitchen!
