I love my new gas cooktop. Simmer is truly simmer and the burners are spaced perfectly. The only issue is the depth of the metal box beneath the countertop. It is very deep and because of that my oven would not slide back opening. I am in the process of hiring a contractor to modify the platform so that the oven can slide back in.
