the bar sound quality is great but a few issues are annoying. 1. there is only a limited amount of volume range you can adjust with using the tv remote or direct tv remote you have to constantly grab the soundbar remote to get volume where you need it. 2. annoying part is the sound tends to have to be turned up after being on a certain channel after a while then when you change channels it is way too loud which item #1 becomes a bigger problem.

Alexa Functionality Is Terrible

alexa functionality and does not work properly. this is a consistent problem as i am now on my second brand new sound bar and having the same issues. sent the second back to get repaired and still have the same problem. when playing music through alexa, the music cuts out for a second every other minute and this has happened on two different devices. also, alexa capability of hearing your commands it horrible. you have to be right next to the sound bar and yell at the device for alexa to hear your command. do not buy this sound bar and its worth spending the extra dollars on a bose or sonos sound bar. extremely disappointed in the customer support from samsung as well.

hello samsung support team, product description (data sheet), and screen attached, seems to show digital audio output (optical / coaxial) to be included. perhaps i am mistaken. i did not see it in my box. thanks in advance, al

Frustrating Soundbar

it's frustrating because it is a very nice sounding and attractive soundbar, but very difficult to use. there is no display, so setting changes are shown with a combination of lights and voices. most frustrating is that it does not pair with my 2017 samsung tv's remote control. i have it on the "cyan" light setting and it won't connect. i see other's have this same issue on other reviews.

This Samsung Sound Bar sounds great. Especially when compared to competitors’ sound bars that cost several times more. Audio from cable TV, Blu-Ray and streaming services are equally good. The low profile lets it blend into the background. The sound is full and fills the room. This is surprising given the small form factor. Recommend the S60T.
